Introduction
We are currently representing an exciting SME based in Northampton, who are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Manager to join their growing business. You would work closely with the Directors to develop and implement the marketing and social media strategy for the business, controlling a budget of c£500k.
You will be a motivated individual with experience of designing marketing strategies, which will be used to support the ongoing growth of our client.

Job Scope
Developing innovative marketing and social media strategies across a number of diverse platforms and outlets, with the ultimate aim of engaging new customers to aid the already rapid expansion of the business.
There are plans to launch new brands in the near future, which you would be heavily involved with, adding more and more responsibility and scope to your role.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with Sales to co-ordinate marketing activity
- Responsibility for developing the corporate identity and brand management
- Handling direct e-mail campaigns
- Take direction on target markets and develop campaigns to reach them
- Creating eye-catching promotional campaigns
- Print and on-line campaigns
- Create targeted mail campaigns
- Control of the company website
- Manage the marketing budget effectively and commercially
Experience and personal attributes required

- Thorough understanding of social media on a commercial level
